1. Repayment Commitment & Default Consequences

I acknowledge that Alya Pay operates in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework in Morocco, and I commit to repaying the amounts due according to the agreed payment schedule. I understand that:

• In the event of non-payment, Alya Pay may pursue legal action to recover the amounts owed;
• In the event of default, Alya Pay may report this information to credit bureaus legally authorized to operate in Morocco, and that such reporting may negatively affect my credit score and my ability to obtain credit in the future, including with other lenders.

2. Credit Bureau Authorization

I expressly authorize Alya Pay to obtain, consult, and review my credit report and credit history from credit bureaus legally authorized to operate in Morocco, both at the time of this transaction and periodically during the life of any active payment plan. I authorize Alya Pay to process this information for the purposes of credit assessment, fraud prevention, and ongoing financing management. I understand I may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting Alya Pay, subject to any obligations already in effect under active payment plans.

3. General Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, a resident of Morocco, and legally capable of entering into this agreement. I confirm that all information I provide - including identity, contact, employment, and financial information - is true, accurate, and up to date, and I agree to inform Alya Pay promptly of any change.
